Scenario

Industrial accident: partial hand amputation, tourniquet applied by coworker, BP 118/76, pain 10/10.

Drag items into priority order — highest priority at the top.

Available

Hand surgery/trauma center transport with part accompanying patient
Wrap amputated part in sterile saline gauze, bag on ice (part not on ice)
Stump dressing and splint remaining extremity
Confirm tourniquet effective; do not remove if bleeding controlled
IV access, analgesia, tetanus status documentation
