Scenario

GSW chest: absent breath sounds left, JVD, BP 72/40, tracheal deviation, conscious but agitated.

Drag items into priority order — highest priority at the top.

Available

Rapid transport to trauma center; notify surgical team
Two large-bore IV access; blood products if protocol allows
High-flow oxygen and cardiac monitoring
Needle decompression of tension pneumothorax
Occlusive dressing if open pneumothorax present
