Scenario

Axillary GSW with pulsatile hemorrhage. BP 94/60, HR 128, patient pale.

Drag items into priority order — highest priority at the top.

Available

Apply tourniquet if extremity amenable; junctional device if available
Two large-bore IV/IO; tranexamic acid per protocol
Hypotensive resuscitation targeting permissive hypotension if penetrating torso
Direct pressure and hemostatic dressing to junctional wound
Level I trauma alert; minimize on-scene time
