Scenario

Structure fire: 25% TBSA burns, hoarseness, singed facial hair, SpO₂ 89%, in structure 10 minutes.

Drag items into priority order — highest priority at the top.

Available

Stop burning process; remove jewelry; cover with dry sterile dressings
Burn center transport; warm environment to prevent hypothermia
Early RSI if stridor, hoarseness, or significant facial burns
IV access and fluid resuscitation per burn formula if protocol
100% oxygen; assess for inhalation injury and early airway threat
