Suction and jaw thrust; two rescue breaths
CPR 30:2 if pulse absent
OPA/NPA as adjuncts during BVM
Manual inline spinal stabilization if trauma suspected
Capnography when advanced airway placed
Warm oxygen during ventilation
Advanced airway if BVM inadequate or arrest
BVM 10–12/min if pulse present
