Scenario

CHF patient: SpO₂ 86%, RR 32, crackles bilaterally, BP 158/92, speaking word clusters.

Sort each intervention into the correct category.

Items

Capnography monitoring during NIV
BVM if apneic after sedation for intubation
High-flow oxygen via non-rebreather
RSI if CPAP fails and patient obtunded
Endotracheal tube with lung-protective tidal volumes
CPAP or PEEP device per protocol
Position upright/semi-Fowler if tolerated
Nitroglycerin per protocol (not airway but concurrent)
