Scenario

An 84-year-old with osteoporosis and a history of falls is admitted after a ground-level fall at home. Morse Fall Scale score is 75.

Nursing statements

Apply wrist restraints to prevent all movement out of bed.
Observe gait, balance, and orthostatic vital signs.
