Rhythm Recognition & 12-Lead ECG

Bundle Branch and Fascicular Blocks · L1

How this exercise works

Match rhythm descriptions or ECG findings to the correct interpretation. Look for rate, regularity, P waves, QRS width, and ST-segment changes for STEMI clues.

Fundamental concept

Matching rate, regularity, waveforms, and ST-segment patterns to rhythm diagnoses and STEMI localization clues.

Scenario

Incidental and symptomatic conduction abnormalities on 12-lead. Match to diagnosis.

Match each finding to the rhythm or diagnosis.

QRS ≥120 ms, RSR' in V1, wide S in lateral leads

QRS ≥120 ms, broad R in V5–V6, QS in V1

Left axis deviation, rS in II/III/aVF, qR in aVL

Right axis deviation, qR in III/aVF, rS in I/aVL
